AEROSPACE EXPERIENCE:
Christine-Anne began her career at CNRS, specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Expert Systems. She then joined Airbus Helicopters, where she led complex projects across multiple countries, including France, Germany, Australia, and Brazil. She contributed to military programs such as NH90 and TIGER, while overseeing assembly lines and improving supplier quality. She also served as Vice President of Business Development for Australian Aerospace, a subsidiary of Eurocopter, and as Regional Manager for South America at Eurocopter.

INDUSTRIAL STRATEGY:
Christine-Anne has managed large-scale strategic projects, such as establishing helicopter production lines and modernizing the supply chain industry. Her vision includes implementing digital transformation, optimization, logistics flow, and the development of new business and operational models.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION:
As a Senior Manager for Digital Transformation at Airbus Helicopters, Christine-Anne led digital transformation projects across countries including Germany, France, the USA, and China. She developed IoT strategies for the entire Airbus Group, managing engineering teams and significant budgets. More recently, as the founder of the consulting firm EXPAND, she advises companies on their digital transformation strategies, focusing on sectors such as Aerospace, Defense, Naval, Space, and Metallurgy, with an emphasis on environmental sustainability.

INDEPENDENT BOARD MEMBER:
In 2015, she earned a certification in Independent Directorship from ESSEC, specializing in European Boards. She sits on the Supervisory Board of the BERTO Group (France’s leader in industrial vehicle leasing) and has been a member of its Audit Committee since 2021.
She also holds similar roles in other institutions, promoting innovation and strategic development. Christine-Anne combines top-level expertise with the ability to lead complex transformations in multicultural environments, delivering innovative solutions to industrial and digital challenges.
